Fresh Pineapple Green Smoothie

Green smoothies are one of the BEST ways to get nutrition in your little ones. (And yourself for that matter!)

My little guy loves making, and drinking, this yummy healthy smoothie.

He even knows there’s spinach in it and he digs it anyway! Flippin’ SWEET!

Step One: Add 2 cups cubed fresh pineapple to blender

Step Two: Add one cored, sliced apple, 1c coconut milk, 3T real maple syrup, and 1T coconut oil

Step 3: Add 2c fresh spinach and 1c of ice

Step 4: Blend (Mom, it’s too loooooooud!)

Step 5: Enjoy!

     

Hooray for super nutritious foods disguised as a treat!

Yummy Fresh Pineapple Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh pineapple cubes
  • 1 apple, cored and cut into slices
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 3 Tbsp real maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients in order listed and blend til smooth
