Drink more water, they say. It’s good for you, they say.
But many of us (and/or our kids) just can’t gulp down as much as we’re supposed to. Because water is…well…boring.
So instead we drink sodas, juices, and other sugary (or artificially sweetened) drinks, which don’t exactly lead to good health and/or a slim body.
In an attempt to get you and your family to switch out those unhealthy drinks, and start drinking a lot more water, here are some fantastic ways to make water super tasty! You won’t even miss the soda.
Far and away, my very favorite tasty way to drink more water is Stur. <3
Stur is a super great drink additive that makes all kinds of drinks incredibly tasty, including ‘boring’ old water!
I have a variety pack which includes Pleasant Peach, Freshly Fruit Punch, Black Cherry, Iced Grape Acai, and Coconut Pineapple, but there are lots of flavors available.
The best thing about this yummy little enhancer is that it is made without sugar, artificial sweeteners, or artificial colors. It is instead sweetened with stevia, and colored via fruit and vegetables. How cool is that?!
Stur works in more than plain water though.
I used the Pleasant Peach in my green tea and it was delicious….
I also made a Black Cherry soda for my hubby using plain soda water….
And Fruit Punch for my six-year-old with regular water….
I love that you can also control the strength of the flavor, because I like just a hint of flavor/sweetness, but my little one prefers to really taste both. I really adore that it’s customizable for the individual.

Fruit Infused Waters
My other tasty way to drink more water is to infuse it with fruit. The possibilities are pretty much endless here, but I did a quick video to share some of my faves with you.
PS – Since I’ve been asked so much, my beloved water bottle is the 32oz HydroFlask with the straw lid, and I love it SO. It always keeps my water/drink cold for hours, even in our 100+ temps here in Texas!
Give these ideas a try, and ditch the soda habit. You will be so glad you did.
