Slow-Cooker Salsa Chicken

This yummy chicken dish could not be easier. Just two ingredients, and this Salsa Chicken cooks away on its own all day.

Helloooooo stress-free weeknight. Woot!

You can stuff into romaine leaves or corn tortillas for quick tacos, serve over brown rice and top with avocado and tomato, or use it as a delicious salad topper.


Salsa Chicken


  • 3-4 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 large jar good quality salsa


  1. Place 3-4 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts into slow cooker. 

  2. Pour a large jar of good-quality salsa over the top, covering thoroughly

  3. Cook for 6-7 hours on low

  4. Shred with two forks
