You can stuff into romaine leaves or corn tortillas for quick tacos, serve over brown rice and top with avocado and tomato, or use it as a delicious salad topper.
Place 3-4 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts into slow cooker.
Pour a large jar of good-quality salsa over the top, covering thoroughly
Cook for 6-7 hours on low
Shred with two forks
