I felt like losing weight always = losing my shit.

But giving up and eating whatever I wanted wasn’t an option either, because then I just felt like crap. Ugh.

Then I finally settled into a way of eating that really worked for me, with none of the aforementioned hassles. Plus I’ve kept it off. YES.

So I decided it was time to share this magic with all the other mamas out there who have tried a billion times to drop the pounds, only to end up frustrated as hell, with a brand new collection of ice cream stained shirts.

I’ve coined this eating plan ‘Cleaneo’ because it is a hybrid of clean eating and Paleo. It’s basically clean eating minus most grains, and Paleo plus some dairy, some grains, and legumes.

Know what else it is?? Easy to stick with, and family-friendly! Bonus! And you don’t have to starve! Double bonus!

It also is the only plan I know of that incorporates what you feel as well.
