Us moms are pretty much expected to start a second job when we get home after a long hard day....when all we really want to do at that point is sit on our arses....

But it's not really easiest in the long run, because all it really does is keep us stuck in this no-energy cycle. And that feeling really sucks.

I'm Julie, and I've been momming since 1990 (for real...my kids are 28, 21, and 6).

After several difficult years of #momlife I realized that I HAD to get myself out of that cycle because it wasn't just my energy level that was suffering. Ultimately it was my whole quality of life too.

    Well I'm a real life tired-ass mom just like you, that's why.

    I still don't eat perfectly, but I do try my damndest to make a solid effort because I have experienced time and time again how much BETTER I feel when I do.

    • What types of foods are these meals made from? I use predominantly whole food, real ingredients, (mostly gluten free) with the occasional convenience food thrown in to save time.

    • Will my family eat these meals? Everyone's tastes are different, of course, but I have a six year old who eats pretty much everything in here. Most meals are fairly adaptable too, so if there is something that simply MUST not be on the plate, you can usually leave it out. 😉
